An immersive experience in the coffee culture and its rituals. A multisensory journey that traces the history of a company and the coffee supply chain
In 2012, Lavazza initiated an urban redevelopment project in Turin, “Nuvola,” which included the construction of a new headquarters and the renovation of historic buildings to host experiences, activities, and public services.
The project featured two restaurants, one of which was Michelin-starred, a unique event space in Turin, the Lavazza Museum, and an archaeological site discovered during construction and subsequently preserved. The project brought together designers and culinary talents such as Cino Zucchi, Ralph Appelbaum, Ferran Adrià, and Dante Ferretti. RAA London was entrusted with the design of the Lavazza Museum.
The MTG team was responsible for budget management and project coordination for the exhibitions and content from the design phase to the inauguration.
The team was also responsible for organizing and coordinating the scientific committee, which included all stakeholders and was led by the Lavazza family.
