We develop Feasibility Study and Masterplan, with the aim to get the focus on objectives, content strategy, time and budget of the project. Moreover, we support the definition of the ecosystem of best creative and design partners
Once the creative partners have been engaged, we manage and support the design process and any link between content and spaces. We oversee the development of budget and timing and we finalized the best procurement strategy for the implementation.
We support the finalization
of briefs and technical packages to launch tenders for the implementation, based on the agreed procurement strategy. We support all actions useful to the evaluation, assignment and commissioning of all the production partners for content and spaces.
We oversee and provide project and content management on all the production activities , off site and on site. We support day to day monitoring of all the production activities on worksite and of all the physical and multimedia content productions. We manage time and costs variations until the project delivery, opening and even further.
We support the development of the business plan across all phases, starting from the context and audiences analysis and from the definition of the site or experience management strategy, to benchmark e ticketing strategies, up to support the selection, engagement and onboarding of external management providers or the onboarding of any internal stakeholders.
