An immersive brand experience in the heart of Venice that narrate the story of Select and its roots.
A fascinating industrial building in the middle of Venice’s canals will become the “house” of the historic Bitter Select (Montenegro Group), established in 1920 by Pilla brothers. The project will include a flagship store and a visitor experience.
The team MTG was selected as Project Manager to support Montenegro Group to manage the budget and coordinate the design and set-up process of the experience. Moreover, the team was also responsible for the coordination of the building renovation and setting up of the production area, content development and media design.
MTG also coordinated the study for the development of the business plan and the strategy management for the venue.
